Terms Of Service (READ CAREFULLY)

By purchasing virtual goods from Xero you hereby accept all of the following terms stated below:

You understand that upon purchase you will receive virtual items/good in exchange with no physical involvement

Also - your payment is a non-refundable gift

Your contribution will in parts go towards funding the progression and advancement of our server.

If your account has been suspended from our server/community, we will still keep your perks until the issue(s) has been resolved.

No refunds are to ever be given for a payment made to Xero, opting for a chargeback will be considered a breach of our contract terms and your accounts belongings will be permanently removed from our server. Permanent packages refer to the length of time that a server is active. If we do decide to discontinue a server there will be no compensation.

Donating without reading the Terms of Service is entirely on the player. As soon as you donate, you automatically accept the Terms of Service.

NOTE: Xero's MANAGEMENT TEAM HOLD THE RIGHT TO EDIT THE TOS AT ANYTIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE
